Are you having problems?
Although the Ents Booking program has been tested on Windows computers problems can occur during install or other programs
installed may affect the installation. Before installing make sure all other programs are shut down, including those that run in the
background such as anti-virus software
As with all software there may be mini bugs in the system should you come across one please let us know and we will investigate it

How do I restore my backed up data after a PC problem
1.
First download and install Ents Booking on the new PC.
2.
Open up the install folder found at C:\My Documents\Ents Booking V4
3.
Delete the following 3 folders, ‘Data’ ,‘Templates’ and ‘Files’
4.
Find, un-zip and open the folder of your latest backup
5.
Copy the ‘Data’, ‘Templates’, ‘Files’ folders from your un-zipped backup into C:\My Documents\Ents Booking V4
6.
Open and run Ents Booking as normal
Can I migrate my data to a new PC
Yes, follow the instructions above of restoring you data
How do I update my version of Ents booking
As updates are release you will be prompted to download and install them
Is there a trial version ?
A Yes, on the download page
As I install it I get an error message and it will not install, why?
When you downloaded from the Internet it’s in the form of a ZIP file. This is a compressed file that needs to be extracted (Un-Zipped)
before you install it. Newer versions of ZIP programs allow you to access the contents of the directory without unzipping it, you cannot
install a program while the file is still zipped. To extract (Un-Zip) right click on the file and extract it. Depending on what form of zip
program you are running you should see an option to unzip or extract.
